Use: Apply after cleansing and toning the skin. This serum may be applied over a water-based serum to lock in hydration. Additionally it may be used as a primary facial moisturizer for oily and combination skin types, or as an added boost of hydration for dry skin types with a facial moisturizer. May also be used as an under-eye treatment.
