Processing Times
Regular In-Stock Items
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Every product is handmade in small batches and carefully prepared before it leaves our studio. We're not a big box store, and quality has always been more important to us than speed.
Need It Sooner?
Rush Processing is available for customers who would like their order prioritized. Orders with Rush Processing are moved to the front of the production queue and prepared before standard orders.
Please note that Rush Processing speeds up the preparation of your order but does not guarantee a specific delivery date once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
High-Volume Periods & Large Orders
During sales, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment.
We appreciate your patience and promise we're working hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, delivery timelines and package handling are under the carrier's control.
While we're always happy to assist when possible, Bare Naked Botanicals cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and is not responsible for delays in transit, carrier-related damage, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we'll gladly help initiate a carrier search request when available.
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance locating the package. Many carriers can provide GPS delivery information, delivery photos, or additional details that may help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges if reshipment is required.
