Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Our Approach
We understand that skincare is personal. While most customers love their products, we know that sensitivities, allergies, and other circumstances can occasionally arise. If there's an issue with your order, we're happy to review it and work toward a fair solution.
Returns & Refunds
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns may be approved in circumstances such as product sensitivities, allergies, damaged products, or other concerns. Approved returns must be received before a refund is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we can provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method less the original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping costs.
Requests submitted after 30 days may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
To help us process a claim with the shipping carrier, please include photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping box.
Once the necessary information has been received, we'll work quickly to determine the appropriate resolution.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We can initiate a search request with the shipping carrier to help locate the package. In many cases, delayed packages are located and delivered successfully after the search process begins.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, responsibility for locating the package generally falls to the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to report the issue, review delivery details, and request assistance locating the shipment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Gift certificates do not expire.
